A mostly quiet night of 4-6 goal games, except for a bench-clearing brawl in LA's barnburner, and Crosby and Gaborik helping the Lightning dismantle the Devils.

Since we didn't come up with a new system, they'll work the same way they used to before the new divisions were made.

Top two from each division and then two wildcards?

No, the old seeding system. Division winners go 1-3, remaining top 5 teams per conference go 4-8.

I'm open to changing that because I'm not a fan of division leaders getting a top 3 seed automatically even if they finish out of the top 8, but that doesn't happen often.
