A rude welcome to our two newest GM's thanks to Chicago and Carolina respectively. I'm outshot again but pull it out, good game Edmonton. The Sabres record a big home win against a division foe and I'm most happy about 7 of 10 teams that played tonight had new lines to add. Obviously you don't like to see a loss, but Carolina's a good team with a lot of talent there. Have some holes to fill, but I'm not going to panic and start carving up the team like the real Flames (just yet).

Big win indeed as I'm both trying to stay afloat in the bottom of the playoff rankings and trying to capture the division. Rather odd to see Kaleta receive the 1st star, but I'll take it. Hopefully I can pull it off again against Carolina.
