Reasoning: My team has had several defensive lapses this year and it's not all Steve Mason's fault. Kovalev has five PPGs and has contributed well offensively, but his defensive issues and role on the team are a serious question. Kovalev has been moved to my fourth line while I try to fix my lineup, and while I will miss his PP production, Burrows is a much better fit for a bottom six line or perhaps even playing on a H&G line with Backes.

Kovalev brings serious offensive punch and the plan i have need that, he will be around for atleast next season as well and that is our target season, Burrows was not offensive enough for the plan going forward
