Welcome New NYI GM
David Webb has taken over as the new NYI GM. His application said he liked rebuilds and NYI definitely serves that purpose. Unfortunately, his birthday is not 4/15/71, nor is he as much of a bad ass as Jason Bourne (I don't think). But welcome anyway.
