Re: TOR/DAL
Accept,
I've wanted Jones for a while. He should fit nicely with Hughes on the top pairing. I'm hoping Armia will compliment fellow Fin, Barkov on the 2nd line. Jones and Armia both bring a solid two way game, with hitting and some good leadership to top it off. And while I'm not a fan of lower CON players, McMichael could be a good piece beside Nuge and Laine on the first line.
Well worth the two future first round picks.

Re: TOR/DAL
We accept the deal.
Tough to deal S. Jones as he's one of the best defensemen in the league, especially in terms of overall defensive play, leadership, other intangibles and consistency. Same goes to Armia, who was a core part of the team that won the cup couple of times and he was the captain of this team for that period.
But, I need to make some big decisions overall, I can try to play Broberg, Chychrun, Pickering and Rubīns as my top-4 and I can re-sign Winkler and try to give more ice time to rookies like Danielson and Heidt going forward after Armia's departure.
Thanks and good luck.

FYI, 2029 picks can't be traded yet.

Re: TOR/DAL
I see, sorry, forgot about that.
To me, I'm fine getting 2028 instead or 2029 if TOR accepts.

Re: TOR/DAL
Unless we get a ruling from Dan otherwise, we would need TOR and DAL to agree to a non-2029 pick, or, you guys would have to cancel the deal and, presumably, you could "redo it" after the change over and 2029 picks are moveable, though no clue what problems that causes you for UFA.

Ok, I'll wait if TOR agrees. If yes, I assume, we're good.

Re: TOR/DAL
I'm not letting a trade sit around without being entered for a month. I'll enter this with the 2028 1st for now and pretend there was some stupid condition involved to swap it to 2029, but any future trades with ineligible picks will just be rejected right away.
