To EDM: CHI 2nd 2024, DAL 5th 2024.

PHI Accepts. Jason Cotton will be a great fit for the scheme on a cheap 1 year remaining deal. Don't think I'm giving up too much, as a 2nd can be hit or miss sometimes.

Confirmed.

Cotton is expendable for the rebuild, and adding picks is beneficial.
