WCF Game 4 is a back and forth affair. Events start with a fight between Mika Zibanejad and Noah Dobson just 24 seconds in. Both teams swap goals in a penalty filled first, with San Jose getting the first and only PP marker of the game; Minny adds two in the second and the Sharks follow suit in the third, with Jack McBain's timely first goal of the playoffs forcing OT. Overtime is a surprisingly long affair for EHEC. Colin White takes a penalty 9 seconds in, but San Jose kills it off. Instead OT goes until the 63:39 mark, when Antti Saarela scores on the 6th shot of the period to give Minny the 4-3 win and push the Sharks to the brink of elimination.
