The great USA out duels the Swedes 6-4 to win the WJC. How do they do it? Well they only go 1-7 on the PP (vs 0-3), but big games from Calle Odelius (10 rating) get lost on an otherwise dominate USA performance. Crus Lucius, Jimmy Snugs, Frank Nazar, and Lane Hutson - future pros there!
