Per the rulebook:

B. Eligibility
As per EHM rules, all players who will be over 18 years old on or before September 15 and under 21 are eligible for selection (so unlike the NHL draft, every player is eligible for three drafts, 20-year-olds can be eligible, and there is no separate rule for non-North Americans). Players who are not selected in their final year of eligibility immediately become unrestricted free agents.

Tyurin and the other 2 players (for whom I'll post the same message just for the record) are still eligible to be drafted next year and not UFAs.
