A wide variety of results capped off 2025. At the end of the year, we're close to the halfway point of the season and 8 teams above .500 hold playoff spots in the West, with two more within striking distance at .500. In the East, there's a hefty gap between 9th and 10th, but that still means stiff competition for the eight seed and the right to be curbstomped by Ottawa. At the other end of the scale, Columbus' loss keeps them in pole position for the #1 pick, thanks in no small part to a -69 PP/PK differential (nice). Five other teams below .400 will likely be competing for prime lottery positions.
