PIT agrees. Salary-motivated moves here for sure as I think Morin's contract was holding us back a bit.
DeBrincat will slot into outgoing UFA Jarnkrok's spot with decent offense at a good salary, and a shooter feels like a more natural fit for where I think he will end up in the lineup.
I was a big fan of what Podkolzin brought to the table, and I did want to try to find a way to make the numbers work and keep him, but moving him to help clear Morin's contract and bring a little bit of value back makes it easy. Morrison's a good fourth liner but I wasn't going to be able to keep him, I have a couple younger guys who can do it for cheaper.

Re: Pittsburgh / Winnipeg
I have little in the way of defensive ability throughout the lineup. Podkolzin and Morrison should help with that. I have plenty of cap space still so this was a no brainer for me. Thanks for the deal.
