Avs accept. With Seabrook walking we needed a new #4 D to complement our big three. Alzner is cheap enough and should have 2-3 good years left. O'Rourke is tough to give up but he's not ready to hold down a regular spot on a playoff team, so the year would be wasted developmentally. He has some flaws and is projected to be essentially the same player Alzner is now.

Yep. I tried to move Alzner for a while and finally got a bite. CAR doesn't exactly need the cap room but he's been inexplicably underwhelming for them so a cheaper #7D and a 3rd is fair enough.
