Avs accept. I've got a bunch of goalie prospects. LA 4th is exactly where I got Kokko last year so I'm fine with that if he doesn't boost. Petrovsky needs a double boost to be anything useful.

Confirmed. I have very few prospects, and none in goal. If neither improve, I still have a capable farm goalie for cheap.

This is a moot point since Kokko didn't boost, but I'd rather not have conditions on boosting in the future. It seems too meta-gamey for me.
