Another decent night for the road teams, who go 3-2-1. This concludes our counting lesson.

-Boston goes down 2-0 to Carolina and then scores the next 5 goals to win 5-2 over the Canes.
-LA and Dallas went back and forth before LA's Aidan Muir scoring the game winner (his second goal and third point of the game) with 6 minutes left in the game.
-Columbus holds onto beat Florida 3-2 despite Florida getting 5 powerplay opportunities.
-Speaking of poor powerplayers, Calgary gave Montreal 7 of them and Montreal could only capitalize on one of them. Montreal also decided not to start playing until the 3rd period when they were down 4-0, and couldn't come back, losing 4-2.
-New Jersey won the Mattias Tedenby sweepstakes and Tedenby didn't take long to pay dividends, scoring the first goal of the game and adding one more in the third. Unfortunately for New Jersey these were the only two goals they scored, as the Islanders doubled them up 4-2.
-A 3-3 tie game between San Jose and Arizona wraps up the evening's games, with Jeff Carter scoring the lone 3rd period goal late to tie things up and get the visiting Sharks a point.
