No real surprises as all four home teams win. At opposite ends of the spectrum, the Avs force overtime against the Hawks with a late equalizer but fall victim to a possibly historically bad penalty kill as the Hawks go 5/6 on the PP (no majors), while the Habs put up 5 all at evens in blowing out the Pens 5-1. The other two games are similar blowouts, just with more good powerplay/bad penalty kills.

Just letting you know:
Robin Salo has been claimed couple of days ago by Arizona and he's still on my team.

I'll be honest, I read your "Nah, it's good, thanks" response to Dan's "I'm not forcing through a waiver claim that wasn't valid in the first place. If you want to trade him for Future Considerations, then so be it" as meaning you didn't want the waiver+claim going through ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but I/we should probably have asked for clarification on thatDallas Stars GM wrote: ↑Sat Jan 22, 2022 3:47 pm Just letting you know:

(unless Dan just really didn't want to put through the waiver, in which case I'd suggest a swap of 5th round picks :p )

I meant it like, it's good, he can have him, it's all good by me.
We can swap 5ths, no problem.

Our rules don't allow waiving underage players, and while you could argue it's not explicitly forbidden, I'd rather keep it that way so that people don't accidentally waive players who aren't actually eligible.

Holmstrom - first NHL point in his first game, not bad.
Patrick with two assists but also back to back slashing penalties that cost the game.
