Do all 23 or younger players do not count against the cap, or is it just for the AHL?

Every guy on your NHL roster counts towards the cap.
Guys in the AHL count towards your NHL cap for their "salaries-1M" once they turn 24 yo.
Guys in the AHL count towards your NHL cap for their "salaries-1M" once they turn 24 yo.
