I'm very happy to get 2 first rounders for next year's draft, which is supposed to be a lot deeper. I also get a young prospect in Andrei Mironov. I get a young centreman in St. Clair and a veteran in Okposo. But to receive all that, I needed to give a very good player in David Backes which will might force me to reorientate my offseason plans but I'm very happy with what I received. Also, I have to let my young defenseman Colby Cohen go, but that's a price I was willing to pay.

I accept. Gotta pay to play. The 1sts hurt a bit but I have too much youth already and need some ready now talent. Interested to see where the picks fall though, gm less phoenix and a Edmonton team making tons of moves, potential to get bit in the butt with this deal.
