Re: 2013-14 TB Block
New thread as the playoffs wind down and we head towards the draft.
As always, interested to talk trade. 1st COL (9th overall) could be moved, looking for a NHL C; I have a number of top 60 draft picks available. Orpik, along with a slew of other defensemen, have been added to the block. He's entering into the final year of his (overpaid) contract. Orpik possesses tremendous physical and leadership abilities; furthermore, he has a great CON.
Aliu, Gratton and Vande Velde could be used to move up in the draft, valuable HNG players and most are still developing.
Anyone with an expiring contract can be had easily, Repik may be of interest. He performed very well down the stretch for TB, but cannot be afforded.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Updated pending the approval of Vancouver and Colorado deals.
No longer actively seeking to move Orpik and Enstrom, but always looking to talk trade. Repik, Vermette and Reasoner all available; in addition, FLA and DET 2nd's could be moved to add some depth up front.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Updated with the (pending) departure of Vermette.
With the additional cap space, Repik might be re-signed. Still open to trading his rights; would be looking for defensive depth or to package a 2nd to get a more complete NHL forward.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
With the unexpected paydays for Seguin and Fowler, Chris Vande Velde and Brooks Orpik have been put on the block.
Orpik, who is soon to have a LE rating of 81, boasts great consistency, defensive skills and 90 HIT. Similarly, Vande Velde has 90 HIT and is signed long term to a relatively reasonable contract.
Looking to add picks in 2013 or 2014.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Bernier and his 91 CON on the block, curious to see what he interest he could garner. Don't need a goalie in return.
Enstrom for a 5th.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Boll, Bourque and Tyrell added to the block. Furthermore, Bernier and Enstrom remain. I was surprised to get everyone I wanted during UFA, and could part with one of my newly added vets as well because I am now right up against the cap.
Looking for:
Bourque, Tyrell and Enstrom can all be had for late draft picks.
Bernier, continue to look for a 1st round pick. Much to Parkers disapproval
Boll would be the least likely to move, but I could use the salary room. I payed a 1st round pick to get him, so I'd be looking for similar pick or prospect back.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Pretty much good to go after the Burns trade; however, wondering if packaging Kesler and Burns would land me a franchise type player?
Also, lots of vets and hitters available:
Koivu
Lehtinen
Sturm
Tyrell
Chucko
Aliu
Gratton
Available for draft picks.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Not to thrilled about a 2-3 start. If things get any worse, Kesler and Burns are the major guy's I'd move to get a new look.
If you would be interested, maybe we could start talking now? Not sure who is out there with cap room that is looking to buy.
edit: price on Bernier has to be at an ALL-TIME LOW if you are in need of a goalie

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Some veteran (97 LE) offensive punch for your roster? Koivu for a 5th round pick in any year is the asking price.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Sturm available. Good overall player (OFF, DEF and CON) that has great LE, 14 PTS in 15 GP.
Bourque at 1/2 his salary for nothing.
Bernier for a bag of pucks.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Updated after Voracek trade.
Might as well start shopping DET 1st around. While it is early, they currently would select 9th overall if the draft was tomorrow. Looking for a winger, preferably RW. Doesn't ever hurt to add a D either. Would be willing to DET 1st with any of my other picks (including DAL 2nd).
Bourque at half price still available.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Starting to shop around DET 1st and Jakub Voracek. I know TC won't like me trying to flip Jakub Voracek so quick, but I'm looking to see if anyone is starting to look towards next year. DET is 15-17-0 with 30 points, which currently see's them selecting 9th overall. Would not be opposed to adding DAL's 2nd or 3rd, which would be the 35th and 65th overall selections.
Would be looking for a RD or W.

In addition to continuing to shop Voracek+DET 1st, Burns+DET 1st is also an option. Looking to add a W that is around the same value as Voracek/Burns + DET 1st.

To all the GM's that I messaged about Matt Cullen, I'm now looking for just a 3rd, or a 4th and a 5th.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Updated after Cullen deal. Still looking to land a big C with a Voracek + 1st DET package. Burns + 1st DET is also an option, but would have to be an elite C.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Marco Sturm is on the block. 29 of his 30 points this season have been scored even strength; 82 LE to go along with a good two-way skill set. Looking for a similar package of late round picks I got for Cullen.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Got a few PMs the last week about Burns. He has proven he is worth his contract, and Fowler being injured reinforced how valuable it is to have an elite RW/D. I am not looking to move him for quantity or futures.
Have lots of depth guys available, and am looking for a 3rd line C.

Re: 2013-14 TB Block
Inexpensive depth available for 4th and 5th round draft picks:
Tyrell, Fedoruk, Jass, Hunwick, Eaton and Zubov.
Might be willing to move Boll for a NZT type player with good offensive skills, or offensive RD.
