Kirill Kabanov has been suspended two games for an incident with Ryan Murray. Murray will miss the next month.

The Jackets beat the Habs and that's all that matters tonight. How do you like them apples, Bradley?

I guess SJ-DAL and MIN-TB were meant to balance out whatever the fuck happened with Colorado and Detroit.

Congrats to Tobias Tornkvist on what I suspect is his first NHL goal. Still kind of alarmed at the lack of production but at least defense and Russian goaltending is working out okay so far.

"You're just no longer that good... Will Hunting. Now how do you like them apples?"

"I don't like the sound of them apples, Will! What are we gonna do?"

"Chuckie."

"Yeah?"

"It's Hunting Season."

<shotgun blast>

"Applesauce, bitch!"

Also, yeah. That was one hell of a seesaw battle in Denver. Neither team ever led by more than one goal in that entire game, somehow.

Except when it was 5-3 and 6-4 Detroit, which made it a much nicer comeback.
