Re: February 11, 2013
Michael del Zotto will miss the next two games for taking out Nicklas Jensen. Derek Morris injured Chris Brown, unfortunately not permanently, and will miss the next game.
It's the Mikkel Boedker show in Winnipeg as the old Jets beat the new Jets. Calgary beats Dallas, but of more importance, Abbotsford scores 11 against Texas. Vancouver shuts out the Wild in the late game.

Re: February 11, 2013
Thank you Vancouver.
Re: February 11, 2013
Holy hell, it's the Mikkel Boedker Power Play Extravaganza!
Now that's what I call winning on the road with your backup goalie.
And oh no, Chris Brown is injured. Boo fucking hoo. That didn't take long.
EDIT: some decent scrapping, too. Todd Fedoruk beats Chris Brown like... well probably like Chris Brown beats Rihanna, or Beyonce, or Tina Turner, or whoever that was. VikTik pummels the shit out of poor Brad Boyes, and Logan Couture responds by taking The Professor to school (see what I did there?) Jochen Hecht receives a rude awakening into Coyote culture courtesy of Couturier (damn, that's good alliteration) and Francois Beauchemin redoubles his efforts to endear himself to Phoenix fans by bullying Bogosian. He really wants that extension. Hehe, anyone who scored a goal for the Jets tonight was also on the receiving end of a good old-fashioned ass-kicking. I love a line brawl. Trademark Coyotes hockey right there. You know, I think this is my favorite game so far this season.
Lost in all the fisticuffs was Erik Gudbranson's first point as a Coyote. Atta boy, Erik.
Slava Namestnikov has a hand in both Portland goals, making a statement that he doesn't intend to stay there long.
And Boedker. Daaaaaaaaaaaaamn.

And just for the record, Boedker was offered in the Gudbranson deal.

Damn it Tommy, whose side are you on?

At least they didn't let Doan score.SharksGM wrote:Damn it Tommy, whose side are you on?
Re: February 11, 2013
There is too much offensive depth on my farm team. 5 of those guys down there would crack my NHL PP unit...
Re: February 11, 2013
Your side for this game for sure. Enemy of my enemy and all that. The captain decided the woman beater Chris Brown needed to be taught a lesson, only to ignite the Coyote power play. Digital Derek, we need the points in a bad way.SharksGM wrote:Damn it Tommy, whose side are you on?
Brad Boyes fighting = dumb.
