Re: February 4, 2013
No Parise, no problem for the Avs who take down the Bruins despite only registering 16 shots. The Jackets play 40 solid minutes, but it's the 20 that they forgot about that cost them in a road loss to New Jersey. Rumors circulating around the press room after the game that a big trade is in the works for the Jackets and could be announced as soon as tomorrow. da Hawks win in spite of first line LW Ben Eager. It's not pretty for Olivier Roy, but he manages to be competent enough to give Calgary two points over the "Suck for Seth" Leafs.

Re: February 4, 2013
Penalty kill has been sloppy lately and that's the only thing we are somewhat decent at.

Re: February 4, 2013
Dominant 1st period is enough to get the W.
Malkin, Stamkos and Kovalchuk combine for the first one and the 2 from Zajac are enough to get it done, Tedenby gets a couple of assists.
Vital game against Pittsburgh tomorrow on the road, not happy having to play them on the 2nd night of a back to back but thems the breaks.

Ugly win, I'll take what I can get though.
