Quite a few one-goal games in EHEC tonight, highlighted by a thriller in the Bay Area. The Sharks open up a three-goal lead, only to give up four straight, and navigate their way to overtime where Niklas Backstrom forgets what he's doing and allows all three shooters to score in Nashville's crazy 6-5 win. The Jets just can't seem to get things together, falling out of the 8 seed in a 4-3 loss to the Panthers on a late Stephen Weiss goal. Detroit uses the powerplay to down the Flyers with three man-advantage goals. Pittsburgh gets some offense from some unlikely places in their 4-3 win over the Senators.

The Jackets' third line has a field day as Joel Armia, Brian Boyle, and Colby Armstrong combine for four even strength goals in a 5-2 romp over the Wild. Parker can step back from the ledge after the Coyotes put together a full 60-minute effort and beat the Bruins. The orphans have a good night as Nicklas Jensen and Rasmus Bengtsson score twice in a Canucks win, while the Stars hold Seguin and the Bolts quiet in a 3-1 win.The New Jersey Devils Express keeps on rolling, hammering the Rangers 6-1. Montreal shuts out the hapless Islanders in Carey Price's return to the net.

No injuries to report tonight!

Another win over a New York team. Makes it 3-0 against them in last 5 days, scoring 16 and allowing just 4. Things are definitely turning around.

Kovy, Tedenby, Stamkos, Cuma and Letang all register 2 points.

Just found out Steve used to be a huge pothead.

I probably should've guessed it with singles like "Higher Love" and "Back in the High Life Again." Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.

Also, HELL YEAH BOYS - that's the way you win a road game.

I shouldn't have trash-talked Parker before the game. I'm sure that's why Thornton-Heatley-Sturm and Rozsival ended up -4 on the night .The fuck guys? It's cool that you score on the PP but even strength goals count too.

I would love to drop Sturm to the 4th line but I just noticed that motherf@$%@ Okposo is slumping again. The hell dude? I got you because you have better CON than Skille but you're moping around all the time.

My guess is that a guy with 60 PO wouldn't be happy playing on a trapping line. :D
