Three shootouts and two overtime games are the highlights of a 12-pack of EHEC games tonight. Calvin Pickard and the Flyers escape with two points against the Capitals, despite only having 11 shots in regulation. Bruins' shooters go 3-for-3 in the shootout and the Rangers are victorious in their shootout, making it a 3-for-3 night in shootouts for teams that got outshot in regulation. The Jackets fire 45 shots on the Preds, including Joel Armia's first EHEC goal, but they still need overtime to pick up two points. The Flames take advantage of their extra practices to blank the Ducks. The Coyotes don't show up again tonight in a lackluster loss to the Oilers. The Sharks and Wild play two very different periods in the first and second, but the Sharks overcome a poor debut from Jake Allen to win in overtime. The Maple Leafs endure a lot of home cooking from the officials to stay in the game, but it's not enough in a 4-3 loss. Colorado and Buffalo each light the lamp five times in their wins.

New Jersey is in line for extra practices tomorrow. (This EHM glitch of one team per night sucks.)

No 30-day moneyback guarantee on Allen? He must have fallen asleep along with the rest of the team after the 1st period. Nice of them to squeak out an OT win at least.

In the meantime, what is going on in Edmonton? 1-0 W vs SJ, 5-3 L vs COL and now 3-1 W vs PHX. Talk about bipolar.

That's what I'm talking about.

Second time in the last 2 weeks that the farm team scores 10 goals in a game.
That's kind of cool!
