Re: October 11, 2012
Not everybody was ready for the start of the season as the Montreal Canadiens and St. Louis Blues fall on opening night. The Western Conference plays a couple of wide open games while the Eastern Conference stays true to its tough, low-scoring M.O. 18 different goal scorers on opening night with not a single player having a two-goal debut.
Apologies for the late sim. As I said, this isn't going to happen again.

Re: October 11, 2012
Somebody wake up Boston and Philly and tell them the season's started. Peoria obviously got the message.

Worth fighting for in the UFA market this past summer!!Parker wrote:Georges Laraque, first star.
That's the kind of start I needed. Pretty good effort from top to bottom.
A packed Pengrowth Saddledome on opening night was enough to get everyone's moral up a notch.
Now the big guns are going to step up and contribute and this will be a very dangerous squad to play against.
Re: October 11, 2012
Seconded. My uncle was in town last night, so I went out to dinner with the family. Beer was involved as well as screaming at the television during the debate. Had to be up for work at five, so I chose to not be useless there. Should have mentioned what was going on to Adam, my hesitation was not wanting to throw him a sim on his birthday.Commissioner (CBJ) wrote:Apologies for the late sim. Good start for my Sens. I needed it before the home season opening game.
Great effort from the whole team.
