Boston-New York Islanders

To New York Islanders:
Tomas Fleischmann

To Boston Bruins:
Picks 107 and 116.

Rationale:

As much as I like Tomas Fleischmann, I had no intentions of bringing him back. Compared to the rest of the team, Tomas was a jack of all trades and master of none attribute-wise, and was a little too expensive for the skillset he has. With that in mind, I can't argue with getting two 4th-round picks for him as opposed to getting nothing and watching him walk away come free agency.

confirm.

Fleischmann will fit nicely on a line with Max Talbot. Adding depth to my team

Approved.

If Shattenkirk as a salary dump is worth two 2nds, Fleischmann as a salary dump is probably worth two 4ths. There are quite a few low/mid 70s OF mid/high 60s DF guys in this draft class. Sure to be a Fleischmann-esque player somewhere in the 4th.
