Reasoning should be obvious. There's somebody on the board I want, don't want to risk New York snatching him, happy to pay the fifth because there's probably very little value left at #124.

Agreed. At this point, there's not much diff between these picks. Adding the fifth gives me another chance to use my +10off/+10def 5th round bonus.
