Re: November 29, 2011
Good to see Pyatt answering the call and producing in a top six spot. Could do without CAR and WPG winning so much though, I thought the SE would get less competitive after TB's rebuild.
Re: November 29, 2011
The Isles beat Buffalo in regulation after returning multiple players from injury. Washington Capitals, not bad. Carolina and Florida are still sorting laundry in Raleigh. Pat and Bern send hockey back to the early 20th century. Dickey Dunn can finally praise the PP in Winnipeg. da Hawks, with help from the officiating lose a close one to Phoenix in OT.
And, Steve Mason shits the bed. Again.

Re: November 29, 2011
Taylor Pyatt has scored as many goals as Jordan Staal. That frightens me.
Boedker and Kartayev continue to tear it up as Phoenix somehow manages to win despite the fact that Shane "The Franchise" Doan is held off the scoresheet for the first time in recorded history.

Re: November 29, 2011
Here's what coach Darryl Sutter had to say after tonight's loss on home ice to the Nashville Predators ...
I don't care about the loss. I'm only worried about officiating in this league. Your telling me the Preds had a perfectly disciplined effort tonight? How were we supposed to get that tying goal in the third when we had to kill another 4 straight penalties? I'll say this... refs clearly SUCKED tonight.
I don't care, sue me.

Re: November 29, 2011
fun facts: 6 of 7 of CHI November losses (in reg., OT, and SO combined) have been by the exact score of 4-3. also, 8 of 13 total losses for da Hawks have been by the exact score.
without going back, i'd say every single one of them was tied 3-3 in the 3rd.

Brickley beat up Bertuzzi as part of that line brawl = instant hero.
