to the Winnipeg Jets: Nick Bjugstad (82), Evgeny Artyukhin (68) and Adam Hall (60)
to the Tampa Bay Lightning: 1st WPG 12
Reasoning: Bjugstad is an awesome power forward, who will be a great addition to Winnipeg. However, I didn't feel his CHK and POS were going to reach a level to really be an elite centermen and I'm deep at LW with Tanguay and Stoa for my top 6. Artyukhin is cool with 99 HIT, but he's making way to much to play on my 4th line and long term I didn't seem him playing in my top 6 with his CON. Hall is good 4th line C, but WPG 1's could be in the top 15 and that now leaves me 3 1st's with more assets I could potentially move for picks.
Accepted, gl Tommy.

Winnipeg approves.
Roster as it stands currently has nine forwards under contract. Much like our real life counterparts free agency will be quite barren this offseason. We don't even have a Brad Richards available, as of yet.
Sending away a first round selection is always a risky proposition, especially a year in advance. My other option however, was to find the few solid players available in free agency and win them with a tightening budget.
Artyukhin adds another hitting presence to my bottom six and represents an upgrade from the likes of Dupuis and Olesz. Hall is another bottom six improvement, an upgrade from Peca and Weight of old. And finally, the youngster who has been slighted since day one at the 2010 draft. Bjugstad is similar to Colborne but is tougher to play against.
Good dealing and good luck, Justin. Here's hoping realignment bails me out if it fails miserably.
