LTIR for injured waiver-ineligible players

This is a public service announcement reminding you that if you have long-term injured players who are under 24 and can be sent down without waivers, you are much better off sending them down for the duration of their injury instead of leaving them on your roster for LTIR. In fact, if you send them down and replace them with a cheaper call-up, you can save some cap space while they're injured.
