Re: March 16, 2010
Well, my first sim since running an eMachines recovery disc reformat on my Compaq computer following two reformats to erase viruses that McAfee wouldn't catch and the corruption of my user partition on my Compaq leading to the eMachine recovery is a long and eventful one. A crazy third period between Nashville and Philadelphia sees Nashville come away with two points while Garrick's Stars take their must-win game against the Sharks. Buffalo prevails in a shootout while Tampa Bay rolls over Phoenix.

Re: March 16, 2010
Solid win against a solid team. Can't say anything about giving up goals to E Staal and Pitkanen. Fleishmann and Laich fitting in well in the last 4 games. Lucic is a beast.
Re: March 16, 2010
Well that's a pretty gigantic win.
Who would of thought Bernier would have 3 points in 3 games as a member of the Montreal Canadiens.
Kostitsyn has 7 points in his last 3 games.
Weird how Montreal has a * beside us with 76 points but Buffalo doesn't with 77 points?

That is messed though, if the season ended today it looks like EHM wants to put you in the playoffs...hopefully it doesn't go by * to determine playoffs but if it does we might have a big problem
Re: March 16, 2010
Could be something to do with the shootout wins that EHM doesn't take into count. Buffalo should definitely be #8.StarStruck wrote:Haha ehm is on to you, they know you are juicinMontreal Canadiens wrote:Well that's a pretty gigantic win.

Re: March 16, 2010
How so? If I'm 35-30-6, that equals 76 points, and they are 33-24-11, which makes 77 points.
I'm certainly a bit confused here.
Looking at the stats page, I'm 29-30-4-8, which would be 70 points and Buffalo is 31-24-7-6, which makes 75 points.
Not counting shootout wins, they are still ahead of me.

That is strange. We'll have to see come playoff time if we need to change the schedule when EHM generates it.

Point is, I blew two points I really needed if I'm going to get out of this 5th place quagmire. Oh well, at least Philly lost too.

Another big win when it counts, and two guys I had all but given up on come through in the clutch, especially Mr. Roy who not only tied the game, but tied the shootout while Zids got the winner. Second straight game I've won past regulation. Its nice to finally be on the opposite end of that, especially after leading the league with 11 SOLs/OTLs.
It'll be a tight race to the end, that's for sure.
