I was wondering, what are the rules for trading after the deadline? In real life, teams are allowed to deal, except the players involved are not eligible for the playoffs? Does the same logic apply to us?

Of course, you're free to make deals with other GMs, you just can't post them on the boards, and nothing can be officially done until after the playoffs. Which means people can change their minds...
