Post your players that are retiring here. I'll unretire them so they don't lose attributes any faster than they normally would.

Right now the rule reads...

Skaters automatically retire at the age of 42, and goaltenders at 41.

Who knows why players are again starting to play longer; there is an increase year to year from the 1950-70's. Hockey science probably? Jagr is 45 and still producing. Something to consider in the off-season?

edit: There is no data for the last 5 years, so who knows, maybe it is starting to decrease again.
