The Penguins get blanked by Leland Irving and the orphaned Stars. The Oilers and Ducks take care of things in the late games.

Mayfield beats down Byfuglien and gets his first career point on an assist to Wright who ends his 28 game point/goal drought. The 2nd assist goes to Downie who after 20 games as a leaf finally records a point.
