Trading Unlocked

In the interest of keeping the non-playoff teams involved, since nobody is heeding my warnings about working on signing their players and staff, I have decided to unlock trading. I will be using a 5 man Committee of myself, Ryan, Nick, Tommy, and Quinn for trades and looking for a 2/3 approval, at least until we transition over to the new Committee. In this case, I will use the guys who appear to have the least amount of interest in the trade between the two parties.

Because of the way that the rights trading policy works, teams will not be allowed to offer rights contracts immediately upon receiving a player. Everything will be kept private in case a player's rights are traded for a second or even a third time.

Teams still in the playoffs cannot trade.

I figure some of you are beginning to gauge the value of draft picks as there are about 65 players in the file thus far. Keep in mind that the draft is not complete and there will be some surprises in the latter parts of the draft class.

But, for now, trading will be unlocked. If you are friends with any of the inactive guys, get in touch with them and get them back involved. I don't want a massive turnover of GMs again like last summer.
