CGY in its triumphant return to the last 48 hours of the trade deadline puts a beating on MTL 6-3.

CHI and PIT are battling for playoff hopes and position and its 4-3 CHI, with minimal penalties and a Bobby Ryan vs Dougie Hamilton duel. (Dougie won). Presumably Bobby Ryan made fun of the local museum.

Detroit beats Winnipeg three to one. There was no scoring in the third.

Finally my Rags thankfully don't abandon all hope at hope and MDC pots the OT winner. 2 points is 2 points. Also when I first looked at the score sheet I saw a shorty and "Michael Del...." Zotto... Man. What a comeback after going down 0-2 from a shorty and PP.
