San Jose and Dallas traded goals in both the first (1-1) and third (3-3) in a fairly back-and-forth contest, but the Stars' Alexander Galchenyuk was the only player to score in the second.
Over in Los Angeles, the Wild shot out to a two goal lead before the game was even 8 minutes old, with Alex Turcotte getting his league leading 5th playoff goal. The Kings got one back halfway through the second, then another early in the 3rd, and pulled ahead a few minutes later. The Wild tied it up with a bit over 6 minutes remaining, but Freddy Gauthier scored the winner, unassisted, with less than two minutes to go.
The Predators took advantage of poor goaltending in St. Louis, with Seguin, Perron, and Shipley making it 3-0 before 10:30 of the first. The Blues got one back in the second, then made it close with a goal just 12 seconds into the third, but that was it.
All three series are now tied at 3-3
