Homepage, Schedule & Results, League Save File

The Sharks decided they didn't want to have to make the long trek back to Anaheim, so Kaapo Kakko made it 1-0 before the game was a minute old and Colin White potted a second before the five minute mark.
Then Marian Gaborik handed the Shark a 5min powerplay, as he injured Anze Kopitar for a massive 1 week, though San Jose was unable to capitalize with the man advantage. Indeed that's something their coach might want to work on, as they went 0 for 7 in the game, despite putting up 18 shots.
Anyway, Hunter Shinkaruk got one back late in the second, then Bode Wilde tied it up early in the third, but that didn't last as Keegan Kolesar got the winner just 26 seconds later, sending the Sharks through to the conference finals.

With the series tied at two and back in Nashville, Brock Boeser got things started with a pair of goals in the first, before the Wild steadily climbed back into the game and then took the lead, with goals from Roland McKeown, Evan Vierling, and Mitchell Mattson.
However, the Predators dug their teeth in with three goals in slightly less than three minutes midway through the third period. The series heads back to Nashv~~ [oh ya, I need to fix the schedule] Minnesota for game 6.
