Wallstedt's heroics for NYI shuts down OTT to just 1 goal while scoring 4. BOS builds up a 3-1 lead @NYR but ends up blowing it in the 3rd and then OT. FLA finds the missing goals from the last week and demolishes DET 7-0. PIT and PHI agree to be brotherly at 2-2. All of that leaves NYI fairly comfortably in 8th in the East, 4 points up on BOS and 5 on FLA with 3 games each to go.

Out west, WPG fails to beat CHI, while EDM blanks ANA 4-0. Seeds 1-3 are TBD, NAS is pretty comfortable in 4th, and 5-7 are all close as well, with #8 still hanging in the balance.
