Avs accept. Clarke is a total stud on DF and hitting with a good shot. I'd rather have his skill set on my 3rd line this year and next than Kravtsov's for a similar cap hit. Svozil is expendable and the pick is the last of my four 3rds this year.

Although, Clarke was a solid FA signing, getting young and very talented Kravtsov back is very nice for the Devils future.
I believe we can develop him fully to be a really good top six forward, sniper.
Clarke wasn't getting a lot of time lately anyway, since we have a lot of forwards who need more NHL time.
Svozil is a solid defensive prospect and 3rd rnd pick might come in handy for the future as well.
