Avs accept. Bereglazov comes home for the third time, not because we missed him but because we have a temporary need to fill and didn't want to spend much in assets or cap to do so. His PE, con, skating and offence are miserable, but for 25 games he can do a job, then fall back to the #7 D spot. Grushnikov was acquired for almost nothing and projects to be a poor man's Bereglazov.

Confirmed. Not that Carolina needs the cap space, but they're better off giving playing time to younger players who need to develop like Merkley and Vukojevic.
