Jacob Markstrom is the star of the night as the Jungle Cats pull off a stunner against the Capitals. Markstrom makes 61 stops on the night en route to a shootout victory. Marian Gaborik scores a game tying goal late and tallies the first of the shootout, but the Blues fall to their division foe Predators. Marc Savard has an immediate impact for the Thrashers, and my kids play their asses off against the Red Wings, getting outshot horribly in the process but gaining valuable experience in a 3-0 defeat.
