New Washington Capitals GM

Please welcome (another) Dan, who will be taking over the Capitals. Dan's a veteran of fantasy hockey but new to EHM leagues, so it'll be good to have some new blood in the game.

Also thanks to Martin for taking care of the Capitals up to now. On a general note, we've had a nice batch of fresh applications thanks to Justin's recruitment drive and should be bringing in a few more new GMs this week, with a wide range of EHM experience. I'd encourage you all to have a look at the new EHEC and EHM FAQ threads and add any suggestions/comments you might have, particularly since most of the EHM wisdom on fhockey's defunct forums is harder to find now.

I'm not sure if we'll be able to fill all of the vacancies so we'll likely still need some interim GMs before the draft starts, if any of you still want to manage two teams.
