There has to be some way of getting teams out of a slump.
Extra practices is one of the best in game way of doing this.
I know it something that can be abused and I certainly don't want to make a lot of extra work for the simmers, but...
Maybe a cap of 4 in a season (1 per quarter)
Maybe a second qualifier that a team needs to lose (x) number of games in a row to qualify for an extra practice. That way teams aren't boosting already well performing rosters.

I think we could do one per team per month next season. Limiting it to teams below .500 in their last 10 should be easy enough since it's tracked in-game.

And how about expanding contracts count?
How about 3-4 AHL contracts possible per team?
Would help to get around injuries, penalties and slumpings as well.
