Has anyone here thought of cleaning up the site a little bit? If you go through here, there are rules that apparently don't apply anymore and for someone who is new here, it can get pretty confusing.

Forum rulebook is what you should be looking at. We'll eventually get rid of the PDF stuff that's linked at the top but for now, the forum rulebook is pretty much up-to-date and worst case scenario I think you'll get an answer within a reasonable time just asking out.
