Montreal has an extra underager (has been fixed).
Not sure if Brock Nelson currently counts on LTIR or not (he's now day-to-day). If they still get the LTIR relief, they're OK. If not, they're over the cap.
And Dallas and St. Louis are, I believe, the first teams to be acceptably over the cap this season (their current numbers are over but they've banked enough room that their projected is still under).
