Well, we had a similar situation last year with Shea Weber. I told him that I would not manually adjust the contract offer, that he had to agree to this one. The franchise tag was 5.5 I believe and we didn't get Weber signed until 7.

I'll manually add a NTC, but I want to get him to sign for the offered money.

Just letting you know that if we offer 6, he's staying at 6. That's why I try everything else first.
