The Jets blow a 3-0 lead and lose in overtime on Patrik Nemeth's first career playoff goal as the series now heads back to Montreal with the Habs looking to pull off the 2-7 upset. Phoenix continues the trend of the 4-5 series in the West as home teams are now 0-5 in the series with Phoenix heading home for Game 6 on Saturday. The Flames dispose of the Blackhawks thanks to three powerplay goals and some homer-happy referees.

What a time for Marc Savard to get his first playoff point. Playoffs are all about hero's - Patrik Nemeth. Still a long way to go but very happy heading home with a 3-2 lead.

First ever EHEC Playoff series win. 8-)

Ryan Stoa has points in all five games. Co-leads EHEC Playoff in scoring with 3G, 4A.
Shawn Matthias has 3 multi-points games. Co-leads EHEC Playoff in scoring with 2G, 5A.
Nikolai Zherdev maintained a pretty fucking good 7.8 player rating while adding 2GWG.
Braydon Coburn maintained a stellar 8.4 player rating and leads EHEC Playoff with 20TA and a 17T-G ratio.
Matt Lashoff sucked balls like there's no tomorrow.
After an up and down kinda season, Kipper looks a lot more like is old self limiting the league's 2nd highest offense to only 10G in 5 games.

I'm very proud the way things turned out after losing the first game at home.

first i had to endure watching da real hawks lose on an OT goal that LITERALLY i could have stopped, and then this. at least the Tribe won last night.

congrats to a superior Calgary that i could do nothing against (i have never tried so many test sims in my life; to no avail).

and congrats to me for this prediction:
3 CALGARY 6 CHICAGO (CGY in 5)
made AFTER da Hawks took game 1. if nothing else, at least i know my team.
