Seriously sorry, guys. Getting things fired up now. Only the fifth or sixth late sim I've had in the 3 years we've been running this thing. That's good, right?

Though it also means I clearly don't go out much.

Again, guys, my apologies for a late sim. It was worth waiting for for some teams but not others. The Northeast Division playoff teams have a rough night as all three lose, with Montreal picking up the lone point of the group. In that game, the ageless Mike Modano pots the OT GWG for the Capitals. Alexander Semin will miss a month thanks to Thomas Vanek and Calvin Pickard bounces back in a big way to blank the Sens.

In the later games, Lauri Korpikoski goes down for a month while the Coyotes, Kings, and Sharks all take care of business. The Preds run a train on Femur's Blackhawks, the Jackets get a late 6-on-5 goal to manage a point and maintain their 3-point lead over Calgary for the #2 seed in the West, despite Calgary's late heroics from David Elsner.

Happy April, boys. One week left in the regular season. Make it count.

Yeah, that was your first taste of EHM's "What the fuck?!" game. Apparently you played real life Marty Turco in net.

Now this is what I call a stretch drive. That Basaraba/Staal/Doan line is really kicking some ass!

Still can't seem to make up any ground on SJ or pull ahead of LA. Bastards. :P

That faggot Filatov is a dead man. That Winnik beatdown is only the beginning. Prepare for a world of pain!

That is a point I shall surely take. Was hoping for two points in that back-to-back but after the loss to the Rangers, I'm happy with the lone point with Niemi in net. And the Islanders beat the Bruins?? HA!

And seriously Savard & Hemsky whenever you want to show up and start playing again would be nice. Maybe resting for the playoffs?

Geez Adam, it wouldn't kill you guys to beat the Blues every once in a while. Don't make us bust out some lame blue related puns. Though you could still help by beating Phoenix next game.

Meanwhile, maintaining a 4 point lead on the Pacific is sweet: a win @DAL Tuesday should be enough, but how ridiculous is it that there are 3 110 point teams in one division already?
