The Panthers are in the driver's seat for a lottery pick again as they have to play without Mikael Granlund for the rest of the season. Dallas will deal with life without Brandon Dubinsky for the rest of November.

In non-injury news, the Devils and Lightning play what could best be described as painfully boring, da Hawks win in extra time, the Jets, Jackets, and Caps win by the standard 3-1 score, the Coyotes suffocate the Sabres on the road, and Evander Kane and Joe Pavelski take home top two stars on the night they are traded to Anaheim.

Please stop posting Obama pictures. The hate I have for that guy runs pretty deep and it makes me pissed to look at EHEC.

These grapes... so sour.

Good thing Kane & Pavelski got another game under the threat of a trade. Maybe I should've kept Kane? Oops. We'll never know. Oh well, I got Getzlaf, Winnipeg got Couture and everyone's happy.

On another note, it would be nice if Forbort took a little break from scoring. I'm happy with his play but I'd be even happier if he played exactly well enough to miss getting any E5 bonuses.

Awesome game for the Doan line. A pretty rare disciplined effort too for the goon squad otherwise known as the Phoenix Coyotes.

That's 3/3 so far on this road trip. Washington will be the real challenge, though.
