Re: March 3, 2011
Another fucking embarrassment from my team, Philly blows a 3rd period three-goal lead, Atlanta roars back for a point just to lose in a shootout, the Sharks roll, Parker and I trade obscenities about our teams as the Coyotes scuffle again, and Montreal takes care of business.

Re: March 3, 2011
Kyle Turris with 3 points, a gordie howe hattrick and NO love in the 3 stars. Fleury with a big night, the team was KILLER on the Penalty Kill and we somehow pull out 2 points with NO TAKEAWAYS in the game. Andddd we jump two spots in the standings.

Atrocious. 0/6 PP can't do.
But 6th place might look better than 5th...

Re: March 3, 2011
I'll take 2nd in the league and a 2 point cushion on Phoenix, thanks. Alex Grant can have his goal - he earned it.
Meanwhile, if Cole would score his first as a Shark he'd be the 7th 20 goal scorer on the roster. Nice balance there.

Re: March 3, 2011
Had a rare night off for myself so got to watch the game on TV at home. Refs did not do themselves a service in this one. Petiot barley and i mean barely hooks Umberger who still gets the shot off and gets a penalty shot in the process. Dorsett was the bugger that the jackets pay him to be - to the point where Hall decided to fight him after taking a slash on the wrist. - Hall was seen after not wearing a cast - but it appears to be some sort of leg or ankle injury...he twisted it going down in the fight. Sigh...
oh and nice win by my team

Re: March 3, 2011
Thank you Carolina! Maybe we can pull into the playoffs if we can put together a couple wins here. That's 4 points in 2 games for Kuznetsov since the team acquired Hemsky.
